is to inform the person in question
of the cousellors expectations of
them as a member of their section.
Identification of the persons
area's of concern should be included.
These ares for the initial couseling
statement may include, but not be
limited to, for example, the following:
A note on timeliness with specifics,
perhaps advising in minutes
Advising on the presentation of
the person, in particular the uniform
and it's presentation.
Reference to attitutea dn advise
on curtousy and respect to others.
Ensuring personal problems or
issues are highlighted at the first
instance so support and guidance
can be provided.
Make a point that duties should
always be met and adhered to.
